There are a number of Odd Things about our home. Below is a short list of things related to the purchase, renovation and occupancy of said home. Some are just statements of fact; others have a short story associated with them:

Pale - The owner of the realty company that sold the house appears to be a Vampire

Pet Cemetery – Why are there so many pet graves
There are more on the property?

The Pond – What lurks in the waters?

Alarmed – The original owner built the house with a sophisticated alarm system, floodlights, and panic buttons in several rooms
Intercoms and alarms. Why?

BBQ – The house was built in 1985 yet the brick BBQ in the back has 1980 carved in the concrete
Did they build the BBQ before the house?, the barn has dates from as far back as 1972.

Wards – Why are trees planted evenly spaced along the edge of the property, and why are strange symbols carved on them facing outwards?

Cornerstone – Why is there a Roman Road marker part of the foundation of our barn?

Double take – There is a willow tree in the back corner of the property, except when there isn’t.

Trespassing – Who was creeping around the property in white leather boots?

The King – Why was the center room left unfinished, its only contents a chair, a Hammond organ and a life size cut out of Elvis?
